Hi, I want to tell you the story of my vegetarianism. This happened 5 years ago when I was quiet fat I was 220 lbs and 5'6” high, all I think you realize how difficult to live when you are even unable to see your feet, I was thinking over the idea of vegetarian diet and still follow it.
Surely I read a lot about the fruits and vegetables health-giving nutritional property. And here I am going to write about some of my best fruits and vegetables.
Let's start:

Apples
Rich in iron and because of this are really good for circulatory system. If someone has problems with metabolism apples are for them. There are not so much calories in apples so they are good for those who are on diet as well.

Ashberry
Ashberry is known to be one of best products for children and women. It is rich in vitamins and phosphorus, there are more carotin and vitamin C than in apples. Ashberry can be an alternative to sea fish. There are a lot of tannin and sorbic acid which are germicide. Ashberry makes digestion better and has wound healing effect.

Banana
Bananas contain lots of energy and nutrients. This is really good product for everybody nutritious and anallergic. There is a lot of vitamins in bananas ' E, C, B. if you are tired out bananas will help you to restore your energy very fast.

Cranberry
Cranberry is considered to very popular and health-giving berry. There is even a week devoted to cranberry in England from 26th of November till 1st of December. In North America cranberry is cultivated. This berry calms down and contains lots of vitamins A, B and C and organic acids.

Dates
Dates are very popular among Muslims and there is great number of reasons for this. If you suffer from depression or chronic lassitude you should eat dates every day.
Dates contain vitamins A, B, C, proteins, minerals, carbs, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, niacin and riboflavin. So al this makes them great energetic product.
Dates are good for those who suffer chest diseases, and prevent cancer.
